Awards will reward both attendance and performance.
Overall score made up from a total of:
·         Attendance score - 6 points per event
·         Performance score (best on the day in any discipline): position 1st to 6th (within Macclesfield) getting 6pt to 1 pt)
·         Additional bonus points for Grade 1 and Grade 2 performances (at any of the specified meetings)
T&F award per  age group (U11G, U11B, U13G, U13B, U15G, U15B, U17W, U17M, SENW, SENM)
In 2011 the meetings contributing to the T&F awards will be: 
Young Athletes League (U13-U17)
Cheshire T&F League (All)
Northern League (U17-SEN)
Cheshire Champs (U13-SEN)
Club Champs (All)

U11 best 4 meets from 5 available. I.e. if all 5 meets attended all points for worst scoring meet discarded from final awards calculation. 
U13 & U15 best 7 meets from 10 (inc County Champs)
U17 best 8 meets from 14 (inc County Champs)
SEN best 7 meets from 10 (inc County Champs)
Club Statistician will download all discipline results per meeting and then generate the  summary per age group (so showing every athlete). 
Coaches/individuals to inform club statistician if they know of any errors in published (web) data which will then be updated.
Note - athletes must be a paid-up club member in 2011 to be eligible for an award
U17s are grouped separately in these tables where they compete with seniors - but Macc positions inc both U17s and seniors when they race together
No separate category for juniors/seniors/vets (e.g U20, vets)
Position in relay races also counts in the performance score e.g. if relay team came 1st then all get 6 performance points. If relay team 2nd then all get 5 performance points for th
